SHIPPING INFORMATION

To ensure that our treats don't encounter any weekend shipping delays, we only ship on Monday - Wednesday to California and neighboring states, and Monday - Tuesday everywhere else. We use priority shipping, so packages will arrive two to three days after we ship. 

 

In order to give you the best shipping price, we charge a flat rate based on the size of your order. However, we will reimburse you if a better shipping price is available. Please contact us for more details. 

Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and where it is being sent to. 

We do not recommend ordering our Peanut Butter Dream or Snickerdoodlicious for shipping as they are our more crumbly cookies. You are still welcome to order them, just be aware that they may not arrive as neat as our other treats. We recommend refrigerating these cookies before enjoying them!

If you would like to include a message to the recipient of your shipment, please write your message under “Add a note” at checkout. 

If you would like to return any of our accessory items, please email us at redmoosecookieco@gmail.com so we can begin processing your return. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. In-person returns at our Main Street location are free of charge. 

Shelf life of treats: 4-6 days, refrigerate for 3-4 weeks, freeze for up to 1 year.
